“Snapshots 2011” – See Shiri Appleby in a theatrical benefit
Shiri Appleby is scheduled to participate in a theatrical benefit to raise funds for the Susan G. Komen “3-Day for the Cure”® event.
“Snapshots 2011″ will celebrate its premiere on September 28th.
From Sappleby.com:
Snapshots is a collection of one-act plays started in 2004 to raise money for the Susan G. Komen 3-Day for the Cure. This theater project for the worthy cause, “originates from some friends getting together to put on a one night benefit to raise money for breast cancer research,” Snapshots explains exclusively and adds “What it has grown into is a high quality night of theater that now plays to 5 sold out nights.”
In this years theater event, a star-studded ensemble is going to be on stage of the Stella Adler Theater in Los Angeles. Involved this year are Shiri Appleby, Adhir Kalyan, Gloria Calderón Kellett and Eyal Podell, just to name some of them. “Everyone involved in the production gives freely of their time for this worthy cause and the good energy that surrounds the production is unparalleled,” Snapshots tells.
In “Snapshots 2011″ Shiri plays a character named Jenna. Since the collection consists of 10-15 minute vignettes there is really no underlying storyline.
If you live in the Los Angeles area, don’t miss this great event and support the Susan G. Komen fundraiser. In addition, it’s a unique opportunity to see Shiri acting live on stage and you can expect “a night of entertainment with laugh out loud moments.”
“Snapshot 2011″ will run for five nights at the Stella Adler Theater in Los Angeles, CA. Tickets are available now at Brownpapertickets.com for $20.00 ($21.69 w/service fee).
