“Lemon” Premieres At Sundance 2017
Shiri Appleby’s latest project is going to premiere at Sundance in 2017.
On December 1st, 2016 Shiri posted a photo along with her co-star Brett Gelman on Instagram and announced: “I made a lovely film with this handsome fella @brettgelman this summer and it will now have its premiere at the Sundance Film Festival!! So happy for everyone involved in LEMON 🍋”
Comedian Brett Gelman and director Janicza Bravo co-wrote “Lemon”. The movie first airs at the Library Center Theatre on Sunday, January 22nd at 9 PM. A schedule with more screenings is available here.
Shiri plays a character named Ruthie and a former Roswell guest-star is part of this movie as well. We now know, that the paths of Martin Starr and Shiri Appleby crossed once again when they both were on set of this movie. (Shiri Appleby And “This Guy”, August 16, 2016).
Judy Greer, Michael Cera, Nia Long, Fred Melamed, Megan Mullally, Gillian Jacobs and Jeff Garlin are also starring.
