The Hollywood Reporter released the first trailer for “Strangers” exclusively on January 20th, 2017. The drama series stars Zoe Chao as a young woman who begins renting out her spare bedroom. The show also stars Jemaine Clement, Langston Kerman, Jemima Kirke from HBO’s Girls and dedicated UnREAL fans can spot season one’s Breeda Wool among the rotating cast of house guests who help Isobel grapple with career dissatisfaction and her newly discovered bisexuality.
“Strangers”, from R29, Beachside and Jesse Peretz (Girls), was created and directed by Mia Lidofsky. The series is premiering at the Sundance Film Festival as part of the “Short Form Episodic Showcase”. The show will debut on the Refinery29 website later this year.
