“Yes, it’s true! A new girl comes to town and tries to steal Max’s heart. The character (currently named “Tess”), will appear in episodes 16 through 21 and possibly recur next season (if there is a next season). At the moment, it’s a big secret as to who she may be, but the writers added her because the Max/Liz thing is getting flat and they wanted to liven things up a bit. Don’t worry, Liz will still be around…stay tuned for further updates as they become available.”
