LOS ANGELES (Zap2it.com) – Fast National ratings for Tuesday, April 23, 2002

Using a mix of reruns, CBS’ lineup of Tuesday night dramas led the network to win the primetime ratings battle with a 7.6 rating/13 share. NBC came in next with a 6.3/10 followed by FOX (5.9/8), ABC (5.4/9), UPN (4.8/7) and The WB (2.2/3).

FOX led the night among adults 18-49 with a 3.9 rating. NBC was close behind with a 3.8, followed by ABC (2.7) and CBS (2.6).At 8 p.m., “JAG” received a 6.8/12 average to win the timeslot. That was followed by NBC’s “Frasier” (5.5/10) and “Watching Ellie” (5.0/8), FOX’s “That ’70s Show” (4.9/9), ABC’s “Dharma & Greg” and The WB’s “Gilmore Girls,” which both tied with a 4.8/8. FOX’s “Andy Richter Controls the Universe” pulled in a 4.0 rating while UPN’s “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” snatched a 2.4/4.

In the 9 o’clock block, NBC’s second episode of “Fraiser” for the evening received a 7.9/13 and “Scrubs” pulled in a 6.3/10. CBS’ “The Guardian” received a 6.4/11, followed by ABC’s “Philly” (5.5/9), FOX’s “24” (5.3/9), The WB’s “Smallville” (4.8/7) and UPN’s “Roswell” (2.1/3).

CBS’ “Judging Amy” ruled the 10 p.m. timeslot and also won the evening with a 9.4/16 average for the hour, followed by “Dateline NBC” (6.7/11) and an encore episode of ABC’s “Philly” (5.7/9).
