On February 11th, 2011 the Dallas International Film Festival announced their first twelve selections. According to this press release, “Lucky” will celebrate its world premiere in Dallas.
The independent film centers on a fledgling serial killer, played by Colin Hanks, who wins the lottery and attempts to pursue his lifelong crush.
In addition, “The Perfect Game” with Emilie de Ravin is among the first twelve films. The movie is based on a true story about a group of boys from Monterrey, Mexico who become the first non-U.S. team to win the Little League World Series. The Dallas Festival will run from 31 March to 10 April.
