After celebrating the “Max Saved Liz Day” on September 18, it’s a tradition to recognize Liz’s first journal entry, as well. In order to do so, we edited a short clip of Liz Parker’s iconic opening sentence:

”September 23rd. Journal entry one. I’m Liz Parker and five days ago I died. After that, things got really weird…“

“Roswell” is close to hearts of fans from all around the world.  That’s why we decided to let you hear two other versions as well.  In some foreign countries it is common to replace the voices of the actors with voice-actors in the native language.  Fans are often split into two groups:  fans who like to watch the tv show/movie in their mother language and fans who prefer the original version with subtitles.

Watch the clip below and hear the original opening sentence spoken by the original actress Shiri Appleby, followed by German voice-actress Manja Döring giving Liz Parker her voice.  The third clip is the french dubbing version of this sentence.
