Pilot Order For The CW’s “Roswell” Re-Imagining

The CW’s re-imagining of the “Roswell High” books received a pilot order. Written by Carina Adly MacKenzie, the story centers on the daughter of undocumented immigrants who discovers a shocking truth about her teenage crush who is now a police officer: he’s an alien who has kept his unearthly abilities hidden his entire life.

The writer tweeted three alien emoji icons in order to announce the news.

The network also ordered a pilot for “Charmed”.
