This newsletter is an important tool to remind fans of what must be done to
secure a 3rd season. It is IMPERATIVE that all fans ACT NOW!!!!!
RECRUITING NEW VIEWERS IS OUR ONLY HOPE!!!! Please read this edition of
the Newsletter very carefully, as it has instructions for what we need to do
over the next 7 weeks. That’s it folks… only a few weeks left before the
FINAL decision is made!! Fans can sign up for this newsletter by sending

* * EXTREMELY URGENT * *
ACT NOW… OR CANCELLATION MAY BE INEVITABLE

The final 6 episodes of Roswell are coming up beginning next week. If
Roswell fans don’t act together right now, these could be the final new
episodes that we ever see. Please join us in helping to keep Roswell on the
air for a 3rd season.

IMPORTANT!!!
According to Ms Carolyn (William Sadler’s assistant), we should all be
sending fan letters to the WB at this very critical time. Bill has told her
that this is very important right now. Please make this your main task over
the next week. We would like all Roswell fans to write letters to the WB
Executives listed below. These letters should be mailed to arrive during
the week of April 16th. The letters should be positive and mention the need
for season 3. They can include anything else that you’d like to express
regarding how great the show is and what you like about it. EVERY ROSWELL
FAN MUST PARTICIPATE IN ORDER FOR US TO GET OUR 3RD SEASON !!!!!!

* * ROSWELL PRE-EMPTED FOR ONE MORE WEEK * *

April 9th is the final week of the Roswell Hiatus Campaign. If every fan
would please take a few minutes on Monday to participate, we could send a
loud resounding message to the WB about the status of Roswell’s popularity.
Fans will be watching “Max In The City” and then posting comments on the
WB’s message board. They will also be sending an e-mail to faces@thewb.com,
jamie@talk.theWB.com , susanne@talk.theWB.com and jordan@talk.theWB.com .
The success of this campaign depends on everyone’s participation. Please

* * APRIL IS CAMPAIGN MONTH * *

April is Campaign Month here at Roswell Campaign Headquarters. We’re
celebrating Roswell’s return with two new campaigns. Please help us to make
these efforts a huge success. I know that everyone can’t wait for the new
Roswell episodes. Let’s make sure that the whole world knows the return
date — April 16th !!!!!!

*** The Big Giveaway Campaign!! ***

We can’t stress enough how important it is to promote Roswell right now.
Many fans have done a lot of hard work e-mailing the WB, Sponsors, WB
Affiliates and the Media. Others have been recruiting like crazy. We would
like to reward some of that hard work. In addition, we are hoping to
encourage more fans to participate in the campaigning.

Effective immediately, we are starting a new Giveaway Campaign. Fans should
now include the following e-mail address in the bcc: portion of their
e-mails to the WB, Roswell Sponsors, WB Affiliates, Media organizations and
any people that you are recruiting. This should be in addition to putting
the 4 WB addresses on the cc: bar. We would also like to know about any
activities that you do to promote the show. Have you been handing out
Roswell Flyers in your city? Are you sending e-mails to friends to create
new fans? We definitely want to know about it. Send all such information to
us as well.

In recognition for all of your hard work, we will be giving away prizes and
Roswell merchandise. Each week, a really active Roswell Promoter will be
recognized for their efforts. We have a Lexmark Z32 color jet printer 1200
dpi (7.5 pages per minute) to give away. We also have Roswell trading cards
and copies of various Roswell scripts to give away. This is going to be
really fun! Please join us. We want to make sure that season 3 becomes a
reality.

An important source has recommended that we focus more attention on the WB
Affiliates. These stations are an important part of the WB family. Many of
them are owned by the Tribune Company, which owns a major share in the WB.
They can provide major feedback to the Burbank office. They can also choose
to promote the show more frequently if we bother them enough. ARE YOU UP

Please remember to keep accomplishing everything you can on this list to
help improve Roswell’s ratings.

1) Spread the word about Roswell to everyone you can and in any way you can
in the world around you, on the Internet, everywhere!

2) Get more people involved in helping with the campaigns. **Get other
Roswell fans to help you!** Get your friends to help. Send these
newsletters to other Roswell sites/boards/clubs/groups and fans on the
Internet. ***Print out these newsletters and make copies of them to
disburse among offline Roswell fans.***
